Each sheet of this unique paper is made from recycled paper scraps collected from multiple printing houses, enriched with seeds of flowers and herbs.

Frequently asked questions

What is the paper density?

The paper has an approximate weight of 200 g.

Why “approximate”? Each sheet is handmade and unique, so slight variations in thickness may occur. In feel, it’s similar to standard business card stock.

What are the file requirements for design?

Avoid full-surface printing — it can harm the seeds. It’s best to keep the background white.

Don’t place important design elements too close to the edge on one side. Our printing equipment may slightly shift the image by 1–1.5 mm. We cut from one side, so the reverse may be slightly off-center. It’s barely noticeable, but better to play it safe.

Avoid using text smaller than 2 mm in height — it may come out blurry.

File format: we work with whatever format you have — no bleed margins required.

Does the paper have an expiration date? How should it be stored?

Yes, the seeds embedded in the paper have a recommended shelf life of about 2 years — though this is approximate.

After two years, the germination rate may gradually decrease.

The seeds may still sprout after 5 years, just in smaller numbers.

Storage conditions:

Keep between 0°C and 30°C, with relative humidity up to 60%.

What is the texture of the paper?

Since the paper is hand-pulled using special frames, each sheet has a unique texture.

One side is more textured and rough, while the other is smoother with a faint fabric-like pattern.

What seeds are in the paper?

We offer several types of seed paper in stock.

The standard version contains a mix of flower seeds: portulaca, poppy, petunia, and marigold.

We also have small quantities of single-seed paper: flax, marigold, cornflower, lavender, violet, tomato, and carrot.

These are non-standard options — feel free to ask us about availability.

We can produce custom seed paper with other seeds for orders starting from 100 A4 sheets.

Can you help with the design?

Of course!

If you already have a finished design — that’s great.

If you don’t have one but just need to place a logo and some text — we’ll do it for free.

For more advanced designs, we can create a custom layout with our designer for an additional fee.

I already have a design — where can I get the planting instructions?

We have several illustrated guides showing how to use our seed paper, and we’ll be happy to share them with you.

What is the production time for an order?

Standard production time is 5–7 business days.

For large-volume orders, it may take up to 10 business days.
